Ron Cadman

Ron Cadman has over 30 years of real estate experience with real estate holdings in a $100 million commercial fund, single family and multifamily construction, real estate management, mixed-use developments and other income-producing real estate assets. Together with Travis Cadman, their company, Investar USA, have constructed and sold over 2000 residential units. Between 2008 and 2012, they deployed over $20 million to acquire distressed assets in Greater Phoenix. Ron Cadman and his team were one of the initial participants capitalizing on the undervalued single-family space in Greater Phoenix, AZ from 2008 to 2012. They acquired over 300 single-family homes in Greater Phoenix.
